Our products are food supplements and are delivered with a hygiene seal (for example shrink wrap or a sealing ring).
As long as the seal is intact, you can exercise your right of withdrawal as described on our Right of Withdrawal page.
If the seal has been removed or damaged after delivery, withdrawal is excluded for that product.
Note: This statutory provision (Section 312g(2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code, BGB) serves to protect all customers, as product safety and flawless quality can no longer be ensured once food supplements have been opened.
