As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Who does the right of withdrawal apply to? The right of withdrawal applies to consumers whose habitual residence is in the European Union, the European Economic Area (including the Principality of Liechtenstein) or the United Kingdom. Consumers whose habitual residence is in Switzerland have no statutory right of withdrawal, and we do not grant a contractual one. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.
For a subscription, the period begins when you receive the first delivery.
To withdraw, inform us by means of a clear statement, for example by email to [email protected]. You may use the model withdrawal form from our Right of Withdrawal page for this, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the period has expired.
Note: An important exception applies to opened food supplements (see "Why is withdrawal excluded for opened products?"). The information on our Right of Withdrawal page is authoritative.
