If withdrawal is possible in your case, please proceed as follows:
Notify us clearly of your withdrawal, by email to [email protected] or using the model withdrawal form.
Pack the goods securely, ideally in the original packaging with all accessories. Enclose a note with your order number or a copy of the invoice.
Send the goods to our return address. Please do not send them postage unpaid.
Keep the posting receipt as proof of shipment.
Send the goods back no later than fourteen days after your notice of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If goods are defective, arrive damaged or are incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs; please arrange this with us in advance.
Note: Please do not return the goods postage unpaid, and keep the posting receipt as proof of shipment.
Returns from the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein:
Please notify us of your return in advance by email to [email protected], stating your order number. We will send you the return address and all instructions.
On the customs declaration, describe the contents as "Returned goods", state your order number and the goods value shown on the invoice, and enclose a copy of the invoice.
For a withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, including any fees in your country. For defective or incorrect goods, we cover the costs and send you a prepaid DHL return label.
We cover any import charges due when the return arrives in Germany.
Returns from Switzerland are only possible for defective or incorrect goods, as consumers whose habitual residence is in Switzerland have no right of withdrawal.
