Following a withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery, no later than fourteen days from receipt of your notice of withdrawal.
The refund is made using the same means of payment that you used for your order. You will not incur any fees for this.
Note: We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them.
For defective or incorrect goods, we offer you, at your choice, a replacement or a full refund. Where we expressly offer a voluntary money-back guarantee for a product, the conditions stated in the respective offer also apply.
Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein: The refund is made in the currency of your order and also includes any UK VAT charged at checkout. Import charges and carrier fees that you paid on delivery were not received by us, so we cannot refund them. You can find out whether you can reclaim them from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) or from the Swiss Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS), which is also responsible for Liechtenstein.
