Delivery area: We deliver within Germany, to the member states of the European Union, to Monaco, to the United Kingdom, and to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery to PO boxes is not possible.
Shipping costs:
Germany: free shipping on orders of €40 or more.
Other EU countries and Monaco: free shipping on orders of €125 or more.
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Shipping costs are charged on every order; there is no free shipping threshold.
For orders below these values, we charge a flat shipping fee. The amount is shown to you before you complete your order.
Delivery times (after conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment):
Germany: usually 2 to 4 business days
Other EU countries and Monaco: usually 3 to 7 business days
United Kingdom, Switzerland and Liechtenstein: usually 3 to 7 business days. These shipments go through customs clearance, which is beyond our control and can extend delivery by a few days. Northern Ireland is an exception: shipments there do not go through customs.
Shipping is handled by DHL. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays. Partial deliveries are possible at no extra cost to you.
Customs duties and import charges: For orders to the United Kingdom with a goods value of up to £135, we charge UK VAT during checkout, so no further charges are due on delivery. For goods values over £135, and for shipments to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, import VAT and any customs duties are levied on import and must be paid by the recipient. The carrier may also charge a fee for customs clearance.
