You can pause an active subscription yourself at any time, for example if you still have enough product left.
How pausing works:
In your customer account, open the "Subscriptions" section and select "Pause" for the subscription in question.
Your subscription is paused for one month. During this time, there are no deliveries and no charges.
After one month, your subscription is automatically reactivated and your deliveries continue as normal.
If you would like to continue sooner, select "Resume" at any time. Your subscription then becomes active again immediately.
Note: Only active subscriptions can be paused. If you would like to end your subscription permanently, please use cancellation instead.
