Ingredients per bead:
Vitamin D3: 50 µg (2000 IU)
Vitamin K2 (MK-7): 24 µg
Carrier oil: MCT oil
Shell: gelatine (not vegan)
Vitamin D3 and K2 are fat-soluble. Because they are dissolved in MCT oil, the body can absorb the nutrients particularly well.
