Directions for use: Take 1 to 4 drops daily with the pipette directly into your mouth and swallow them. It should not be taken on an empty stomach. Depending on the dosage, one bottle lasts for several months.
Ingredients per drop:
Vitamin D3: 25 µg (1000 IU)
Vitamin K2 (MK7 all-trans): 12 µg
Carrier oil: MCT oil (from coconut)
